• Mail-In – Bids have a received cutoff time of 10:00am(CST) each Wednesday.  Mailed bids received after 10am(CST) on Wednesday will be reviewed the following week.
• Email – Bids have a received cutoff time of 10:00am(CST) each Wednesday. Emailed bids received after 10am(CST) on Wednesday will be reviewed the following week.
• Submit Online – Bids have a received cutoff time of 10:00am(CST) each Wednesday. Bids submitted online received after 10am(CST) on Wednesday will be reviewed the following week.
