What do I need in order to use Quicken?
Internet access is required for all online features. Quicken includes all necessary software. You also need a Online Banking Username and Password. If you already use Online Banking use the same Username and Password you’ve been using.
If you do not have an Online Banking Username and Password, to get started call us at 800-637-0299 or 256-237-9494 during normal business hours (M – F 9:00am – 5:00pm).
What versions of Quicken does AODFCU support?
The Online Banking interface has been certified for Quicken 2005 and newer.
How are my financial transactions protected?
AODFCU and Intuit are committed to maintaining the highest level of security for all transactions submitted using Quicken and the Internet.

Intuit and AODFCU require that your browser support domestic level encryption. It is your responsibility to protect your password.
How do I get started?
The first time you run the program, you will be prompted to take a tour of the program’s features. The tour is well worth your time – learn the basics of Quicken and how it can help you manage your finances. After the tour, proceed to set up your accounts. Follow the installation instructions below.
Before you begin
Before you start, make sure that your version of Quicken has the latest updates. To check your version, open your version of Quicken for WIndows, go to Help>About Quicken. To update, visit www.quicken.com, select Download Free Updates under Technical Support. Then select your version of Quicken and follow the instructions.
Which accounts should I set up?
Start with the accounts that are available through Quicken – checking and savings. Be sure to enable ‘online account access.’ Quicken has a New Account wizard that asks for account information. Some information you have (account numbers, beginning balances, your Internet service provider).
Enabling a Quicken account to use the online financial services
To use the online financial services, you must enable the associated Quicken accounts using the account information supplied by AODFCU. If you already have a Quicken account set up you can edit the current information. Otherwise, you can create a new Quicken account to store information from your financial institution.
Transfers are entered in Quicken off-line and transmitted on your next connection.

Help with online banking and Quicken is available. Use the Online “Help” within the Quicken software, or visit Intuit.
